Mobility and Compression Bands In addition to our resistance bands, we offer a range of mobility and compression bands designed to enhance your training experience. These bands can help with:
- Soreness: Wrap the band around the knee, elbow, or shoulder to promote recovery and reduce discomfort.
- Swelling: The compression band applies intense pressure on the targeted joint or muscle to aid in the recovery process.
- Range of Motion: Incorporating the normal range of motion while using the compression band can help restore the sliding surfaces of inflamed muscle fibers and tissue.
- Adhesions and Scar Tissue: Wrapping the band around the ankle and moving the joint through its full range of motion can help break up unwanted adhesions and scar tissue.
